Our Current Rates - 2026

(*) These animals are subject to permits being approved. The permit fees are not included in the above trophy prices. Permit fees are payable 1 month before the hunt will commence and are not refundable if the animal is not shot.
(^) A baiting fee of $250 will be charged for some of these animals, except for leopard which will be more expensive.
(#) Subject to availability. Two days travel is needed to and from these areas.

Daily rates include:

• Light breakfast, brunch, dinner, soft drinks, beer, and wine.
• Transfers from and to the OR Tambo International Airport as well as the hunting area. (Donation hunts will be charged for transfer to and from airport.)
• Hunting supervision by PH, tracker and skinning services as well as all services rendered by camp staff.
• Hunting vehicles and transport during the full period of the hunt.
• First class accommodation with shower and necessary facilities and service during the hunt incl. laundry.
• Field preparation of trophies and hides and delivery to local taxidermist.

Not included with the daily rates:

• Taxidermist costs and freight costs of trophies.
• Value added tax.
• Hunting fees per animal.
• Game wounded and not found is deemed to have been killed.
• Insurance (please attend to your private liability and/or hunting liability insurance as well as your baggage insurance, cancellation and repatriation insurance with corresponding periods of validity).
• Hunting rifles and ammunition.
• Side trips and tours.
• Charter flights before, during and after contracted period of hunt.
• Accommodation before and after contracted period of hunt.
• Gratuities.
• Transfers to other provinces than our Limpopo base.
• Transfers of luggage and extra hunting vehicles to other provinces.

Booking and payment conditions:

• A deposit of 50% of daily rate is payable when making the booking. A 50% deposit of quoted amount is required for dangerous game. In case of cancellation, we will only refund the deposit if someone else takes up the booking or the hunt is re- booked. There is a $2000-00 cancellation fee if dangerous game hunt is cancelled.
• Hunting contract to be signed by client and outfitter to confirm booking.
• All hunting fees will be invoiced and paid at the end of the safari.
• Wounded game not found must be paid in full.
• Cash payments in freely convertible currencies or electronic wires will be accepted
• The above rates include a 4% discount if settled in ZAR.
• All prices are in US$ and other currencies will be converted at the corresponding rate of exchange valid on that day.
• Please note that venison of hunted animals is not included in the hunting fee.
• Hunting is possible throughout the year.
• The best hunting period is from April to October.
• June, July, August and September are the coolest months of the year.
